Public Opinion?

Some members of the public become quite taken by goings on at the railway.   If you view the blog for Sunday 9 October, we had Cochrane shunting in the yard.   I notice that someone has posted a few pictures of this at http://www.jarrowlife.co.uk/showthread.php?t=64379, and enthuses about the day.

Renishaw Ironworks No.6 will be hauling passenger trains at 11 am, 12.15, 1.30, 2.45 and 4 pm from Andrews House station.

Twizell's Away to Locomotion

Twizell (RS 2780 of 1891) will be an ambassador for Beamish, Tanfield and NE loco builders at Locomotion (National Railway Museum, Shildon) for about two weeks.

Returning Agecroft No.1

Cochrane was on the minor railway 4-wheel carriages - first train 11 am, last 4 pm, from Andrews House station.   The last train only ran to Sunniside and back.
