Heritage Open Days are an annual event across England & Europe, giving an opportunity for visitors to enjoy free access to historic places. At Tanfield, we'll give tours of places normally inaccessible to the public next weekend, Wednesday 14th & the following weekend. (Train travel is an optional chargeable extra on Sundays.)
