I remember seeing No. 32 in unrestored state at Marley Hill in the 1990s, and it is very good to see it restored. Is it intended to fit vacuum brake for passenger trains, or to keep it as a locomotive for demonstration freight?

It's already part fitted, and should work trains like our other 4 wheelers.
