Track Maintenance

Spot sleeper changing at Andrews House station today:

Due to the proximity of the bankside & other track,
Rob, Steve & Colin have to dig out the ballast .....

..... turn defective sleepers together as a group,
bring them out of the four foot .....

..... then invert the procedure .....

..... to install the replacements

Steve & Rob remove more ballast .....

..... to rotate another group of sleepers .....

..... insert & turn the replacements .....

..... then fasten down the chairs
