There's currently an interesting exhibition at St Mary's Heritage Centre which includes:
- Photographs of Dunston Staiths in the 1970s by Sirkka Liisa Kontinnen
- Photographs of the route of the Tanfield Branch by TWBPT
- Video of Craghead Colliery including the Waldridge Incline in operation
