Andrews House Colliery

On 12 March I wrote that I knew of no photographs of Andrews House Colliery - I'd forgotten about that below, on the Sunniside Local History Society site.

Andrews House Colliery - loaded waggons would leave via the branch
alongside Marley Hill shed, joining the P&JR near the signalbox

Andrews House Colliery Branch, Mainly

Andrews House Colliery was about 400 yards SW of Marley Hill shed & closed in 1920.   It appears on maps, but I don't know of any photos of this pit; a capped shaft is evident.
