Cochrane's decennial boiler examination starts in a little over a week with a thorough visual examination by the inspector. As far as possible, external & internal surfaces of the shell should be clean and accessible.

Marley Hill Station
Marley Hill was the first station on TR, built from about 1977 to serve trains shuttling to Bowes Bridge loop. The station is now disused, pending a westward extension towards Byermoor on the P&JR.
