NBL Workers

A interesting photo which I saw last Friday in Kelvingrove, Glasgow, of MC1 class loco No.1642 delivered to SAR by NBL just before WWI:
The bonnets, general attire & style are notable - can you spot any likenesses to MH folk?

See http://viewer.e-pics.ethz.ch/ETHBIB.Bildarchiv/index2.php?id=ETHBIB.Bildarchiv_Ans_05373-1549-FL for a zoomable sharp image.   Google for more about the loco, NBL or Kelvingrove.
