Cowans train set is going to look great with all that new fencing. That is until it starts getting either vandalised or stolen.

Hello Unknown, It isn't "Cowan's fencing". It is part of a Covid Recovery Fund. "Cowan" is just following instructions from TR Management.
If you would like to make yourself known, our new General Manager will be able to set you straight on your misguided information.
