Google Tanfield Railway

Google carries basic information about TR.   If you use Google search for Tanfield Railway, you'll be presented with a list of alternatives covering the TR main web, Facebook, TripAdvisor, Wiki, etc.   However, the info which Google holds is down the right hand side of the search results.   It includes some basic facts which we have to maintain, plus reviews & photos freely supplied to Google from members of the public - most of this is good to excellent, including the few bad reviews which inform us what matters to visitors.   Similarly, the photos show what the public are looking for and how we present ourselves.

GMB (=Google My Business) is one of the most powerful 'tools' on this search engine.

Adding regularly to it and 'servicing' it is most important for good PR and an even position on Google.

And another tipp: Answer every entry by other people, be it good or bad, that is highly appreciated by Google's algorithm.
