Trains This Easter Weekend

On Good Friday, No.2, built in Newcastle by Hawthorn Leslie in 1911 for Keighley Gasworks, will haul passenger trains from Andrews House for Sunniside at 10.30 am, & thereafter from East Tanfield at 11.25 am, 12.55 pm, 2.15 pm & 3.35 pm for Causey Arch, Andrews House, Sunniside & return.   The last passenger train leaves East Tanfield at 4.55 pm for Andrews House only.

On Easter Saturday No.2 will follow the same timetable as Good Friday, viz Andrews House for Sunniside at 10.30 am, & thereafter from East Tanfield at 11.25 am, 12.55 pm, 2.15 pm & 3.35 pm for Causey Arch, Andrews House, Sunniside & return.   The last passenger train leaves East Tanfield at 4.55 pm for Andrews House only.

On Easter Sunday No.2 & Twizell will alternately haul passenger trains from Andrews House for Sunniside at 10.30 am & 11.15 am, & thereafter from East Tanfield at 11.10 am, 11.55 am, 12.40 pm, 1.25 pm, 2.10 pm & 2.55 pm for Causey Arch, Andrews House, Sunniside & return.   The last passenger trains leave East Tanfield at 3.40 pm & 4.25 pm for Andrews House only.

On Easter Monday No.2 & Twizell will follow the same timetable as Easter Sunday, alternately hauling passenger trains from Andrews House for Sunniside at 10.30 am & 11.15 am, & thereafter from East Tanfield at 11.10 am, 11.55 am, 12.40 pm, 1.25 pm, 2.10 pm & 2.55 pm for Causey Arch, Andrews House, Sunniside & return.   The last passenger trains leave East Tanfield at 3.40 pm & 4.25 pm for Andrews House only.
